Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and destroy any downloaded materials.

This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
